Just recently stumbled upon this exercise. I’m sure there will be plenty of people aware of it, just wondering how you all like it. You don’t really see it publicized ever.
You take the same stance as a bentover barbell row, grab the barbell towards one end with the other on the floor, and perform a row with the bar at your side or between your legs.
The dumbbells where I work stop at 75 (gotta love commercial gyms) so I’m thinking this might be a good way to go heavier with one-arm rows.
