Suggestions For DOMS?

I just worked out with CT for the first time and I have a question…

I feel an insane amount of (D.O.M.S.)Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness is going to hit me soon.

any suggestions?

Im thinking stretching, an extra Surge and an extra protein shake.

I freaking sweat more after the first 2 sets than I do in my whole normal workout! It was crazy.

The guys knows his stuff as you can all tell from his articles!

stretching
foam rolling
some vitamin E 400-800 IUs

Creatine, load up on fish oil and flax seed oil to they reduce inflamation.

Hey do you live in San Diego? I do and planning on stopping by to see CT either tommorow or Sat.

Stretching won’t do a thing. My guess is icing might be the only thing (besides anti-inflamatories) that will help.

I normally just like to enjoy the soreness.

oh I forgot BCAA is great for recovery too.

I enjoy a little soreness aswell. This SORENESS is not that kind that goes away in a day and half. LOL

Eating a ton of stuff (lots of carbs, lots of protein) helps me…or at least I think it does…? :smiley:

Some SUPER light weights help me as well (or whatever gets the blood flowing).
