I’m at work and bored, so I’m plotting my chest/tri/shoulder day today. Last week I did all dumbbells…what should I do this week?
How about all barbells? All Hammer Strength machines. Mix and match.
consider cable cross overs?
Do this:
Flat dumbbell press
Seated barbell shoulder press
Dips
Machine incline press
Do a bunch of push-ups.

Pec Deck
Cable crossovers
Dumbbell kickbacks
Swiss ball pushups

Incline Bench Press - Work up to a Rest-Pause Set
Dumbbell Fly - 20 Reps
Dumbbell Seated Press - Work up to a Rest-Pause Set
Dumbbell Lateral Raise - 20 Reps
3-Board Press - Work up to a Rest-Pause Set
Straight Bar Pushdown - 20 Reps
If you don’t have a 3-Board, then today is the day you make one. Go to lowes. Get 42 Inches of Yellow Pine 2X6. Cut into 3 equal lenghts. Duct Tape or Nail them together. Bam. You’re done.
