For the last 2 weeks, every time i took one of these (Surge/BCAA/creatine/Grow! Whey), I felt like i was gonna puke, it just stay in my stomach for an hr, i feel like its gonna come back up but it doesn’t
i’m on my 2nd order of Grow! Whey, never had problem before, I used half the Surge bottle without any problem before it started, and i have around 30 BCAA left, never had problem before too, and i just got creatine, took it twice before it started happening (all Biotest)
i tried taking them all one by one, but even creatine in water is hard to digest
I have no problem with milk or yogurt, or anything else so i’m a little lost here, any1 can help??

im just coming back from a workout, ive been taking probiotic and digestive enzyme for the last 2 weeks and didnt take any of the stuff mentioned above during those 2 weeks, i tried Surge and water, its slightly better but the problem is still there
