In the interest of saving a little cash, I’m thinking about subbing some of the Low-Carb MD for Grow in some of my shakes. In order to offset Grow’s more insulinergic effects, I’d add more cottage cheese, or something with casein, and maybe some ALA or something that might slow down insulin release.
Does this seem like an okay idea, or should I just stick with MD, and look for other ways to cut costs?

The whey in Grow! isn’t that insolulogenic that you’ll likely notice a difference, so it isn’t a big deal.
In other words, don’t worry about it.
