Im interesting in giving the v-diet a row, I purchased all my stuff thursday(I work at FedEx and im pissed about waiting till monday for it, enough of the rant) and I ordered Grow! Whey instead of Metabolic Drive.
Besides the obvious natural flavor versus say bannana. Do you think that the 1g of sugar per serving of Grow! Whey will affect the diet?

I think the overall diet will be a lot harder. You’ll be hungry a lot without Metabolic Drive. I split it half Metabolic Drive and half Whey and was hungry throughout the entire diet. When I went just Metabolic Drive, hunger pangs went away.

I don’t think that small amount of sugar will affect the diet, but whey is not the same as micellar casein and it won’t provide you with a source of aminos over time to help stave off catabolism.
That’s why the Metabolic Drive is specified instead.
