I was wondering if these three different protein products from T-Nation serve specific different purposes in a diet and if they’re specific times one should use one of these products over another. If one has all three of these products per say, should one maybe use the Metabolic Drive Low Carb Whey/Casein before bed, the Metabolic Drive Muscle Growth Formula after a workout, and the Grow! Whey with daily shakes? or is there a more specific regiment? or none at all.

I didn’t have very much faith in Grow! after the description went on to say “Sure there’s better stuff, BUT…” T-Nation/Biotest always hype their products in ridiculous fashion, so the fact that they didn’t (or couldn’t) for this product, told me everything I needed to know. I don’t care what anybody else has to say on the matter. I would never buy that product, period.
I did buy two tubs of MD low-carb last night though, lol…

Yes MD Low Carb would be a decent choice before bed or as a meal replacement/daily shake on a carb restricted diet. MD growth would be an OK choice as a post workout or part of a meal replacement if you are looking to add cals
