Exactly!..If your diet is clean(high protein good carbs good fats) and on a caloric deficit and you run I guarantee that you will be ripped.
Just like if you lift and eat like shit I guarantee you will look like a fat ass.

Running will not make you big, it’s like squatting 150lbs over and over and over. That is, unless you’re already gaining weight and adding ‘resistance’ to your running. Still, running will probably not jack up your legs.
well they are sometimes:D, try pushing what are heavy weights for you to failure for sets with no partner. I don’t feel inclined to take some random persons gym time when working out for a spot on barbell movements. Would make me feel like an asshole.
I took a girl out once to the gym I said were going to doing some weight training she then turns to say
“I just want to get toned, I’ll just be upstairs and do cardio the whole time”
