I don’t lower the bar all the way to my chest because my arms lock up when I do(Great way to never build your chest).
I can lift heavy man I MAX OUT THE DIP MACHINE!

i dont lift the bar all the way sometimes because i dont want to lock.

people dont even talk to me about training though. if they do its like, “do you take creatine or protein” and i just say no.
I don’t want my arms too big, my dress shirts won’t fit right.
Thats not fat on my lower stomach, the muscles there are just soft.
(Working out on the Bosu Ball) is the best way to get big and ripped, you use so many muscles and it just shreds them.
I will do dumbbell curls while on the stationary bike, I can get a good pump in my arms while working my legs.
My calves wont grow because they are so far away from my heart and the circulation is bad.
