Test is less than a week diet has gotten awful. Just no fucks left to give to keep hunger manageable. Leg is sore but oh well. Rolling it and what not daily. Mobility is slowly improving

Trying to get. A better setup down since my first rep is just garbage and second is always easy. 455 should be about 90% but if I had better starts it is likely less. 405 was 2 short of my pr but for was breaking. Legs were not having it and I was doing it SDL style so it wasn’t worth it. That squatting 5 days can catch up I guess

Working out at the gfs gym for 2’weeks. Test done today 8hr test nope did it in 4.25 lol. Fun.
Squat and bench are just fucked with the retard racks at this gym made ppl not my size. I need to be 1nch shorter or taller to squat at a comfortable peg and the benches are made for someone with 12inch long arms

Was in madison but clinicals are starting in July and I moving to marshfield

My Power rack is built the exact same way. I’m saving up for a new one. 2 inch variances in each ‘peg hole’ is just crap.

Died basically. Had a pop in my back which I am sure was weak from yesterday. So actually gotta take some light time now
god damn it
Squat 225 mid back was in pain tightness so switched to fronts. 225x3 245x1 was gonna do hi singles with that but 2 in out the hole my back popped and I couldn’t breath got the rep but no way could I do any more spinal brace or loading. It took 5 min to even breath normal.

Dunno if I wrote anything about diet but I currently fast as long as I can stop eating depending on the day who I am with and other things, between 8-11pm and have a whey shake and workout around 11-2 depending on the day. The next two weeks will be diff some day since I am going when ever the gf wants to go. And want to spend the max time with her so won’t be making a trip back later or whatever because I care about fasting that much.
I like to walk and do some elyptical for 1-1.5 hrs in the morning fasted again depneds on day and activites and such. Pro is 250-350 I love pro and lean pro sources honestly chicken breasts are a fav and If you think they are dry and gross learn to cook please. Carbs are 200-800 any day I can I keep carbs low as possible. Because there are days where my hunger won’t stop for anything so I take a day where it can be held it check and run with it. It’s never planned becaue they are rare. Fat is low because GI wise it messes with me. 40-80g normally
