Great workout. Full pump and even on the barbell movements while going heavy. always nice to still fully work mostly the chest on those even with some lower rep sets. The stretch and partials were good as well. Shoulders are always nice. Wedding this weekend. Getting up nice and early to workout before it then dirve 3.5hrs to it

Good workout. Workout on sat was great. Got that done before we drove to the wedding. Wedding was fun. Got to eat a solid lb of tenderloid steak. Mine plus my 1/4 of my fiances plus 1/3 of her sisters. Didnt really have much time to spend walking around but oh well. Back the next day and was wrecked. Nasty insomnia flair up kept me from sleeping at all plus the driving and what not so sunday I was happy to get in any form of movement. Todays workout was good. I was trying to baby the knee which i have no idea what is buggin it. Some low grade strain of some sort. Last week of vascular surgery this week. God i cant wait to be done with it and move on to some easier surgery

For the first 4 of those sets Did a set of laterals and Arnold presses supersetted with the clean and presses

That is all it was then walked at 6% 3.7mph for 15 min and got out. Fun workout. Didnt know what to hit since I didnt think I would get in today and new the next day I would be in hitting back. This was alright for something to do. Down to 215ish right now. Leaning up a bit more.

Great workout. Back was toasted all over. Everything was worked really well. Mid and upper back and lats got fried as well. I like condensing back workout into supersets and what not. Nothing super heavy but speed was nice and fast. Pace moving along. Winding down general surgery now thank god. Cant wait until its over

Glad you like it trying to get it out there in the world. Not easy. But fun to have heard from a few ppl that they really like it. Hoping it can really help people
