I believe you’re referring to “anecdotal fallacy.” A big guy has ONE data point off of which to base all his hypotheses. While his assertions should carry more weight than someone without the results (i.e. ZERO data points), they are far from being universal. The best bet is to follow guys who have helped the most clients and the broadest range of clients.
