Try these sites to see how many calories you’re actually eating and how many you need to eat. Like someone said allready, most people (especially skinny guys)that say they’re eating a lot, actually arent getting enough calories to grow.

Also i dont know many lifts for shoulers/triceps, any suggestions?

Leg machines will take you far if you use them properly. Plate-loaded squat machines and leg presses are great. Use them if free weight squats don’t work out for you
