Jesus man 275 for 16 Fronts sounds fucking torturous.

The last time I touched a yoke, it was an incredibly painful experience for my low back. Hopefully that won’t be an issue next time.

Honestly it was pretty easy lol. My core was wrecked though. They’re fun! I have 20 fresh excluding the zerchers I had done beforehand.

Probably hyperextension of the lower back. Yoke leaves my hips so damn jacked up the next day it’s seriously asinine. If I sit too long and get up, my left hip feels like it’s punching through my hip and it’s going to end up stabbing my spleen if it pushes through nomsayin? It’s pretty healthy.

120/handx~800’, dropped it like 7 times and did like 70 burpees lol it was so bad, was going to upload the video but it’s just super long and boring.

I see you also work manual labor… any tips you might have for recovery issues with labor and lifting, besides manning the fuck up, and eating of course?

The badassedness of this log is quickly spiraling out of control.

It’s more mental than anything. No matter what happens, I come home tired, and because it is getting dark earlier, my body is autonomically slowing down and making me sluggish. During the summer my labor was 10x more intensive, and 60% of the time my workouts would be perturbed by that fact, but the number one thing I recognized was you WILL be able to hit PR’s some days, and you have to take the good with the bad.

Secondly, I prioritize my important training sessions for the weekends. Deadlifts/events. My pressing and squatting is pretty par and I’m also very comfortable with where they’re at. I took this job to force me out of the house, and honestly, looking back in retrospect, I cannot believe I have managed to come out of so many mental and physical slumps that I was convinced were going to keep me down for good.
