230x8,8,8,15 tacky came off because stones got caked, and i mean CAKED in dirt and grit. The area where I do my stones is just entirely unfitting and I’m probably going to convince Adam or Mike to just let me take the damn poverty stones to my home.
The last sets of 230 were gut checks. I started getting really nauseous on the 2nd set and my nose busted open on the third set. The reps btw are all laps to full extensions, as opposed to last sessions single lap, then extensions.

The plyo push up/delt complex was 5 reps of push ups composed of switching from the bottom of a deficit push up position, up and over the plates into a standard push up position and back over. Went right to some inverted rows and then cross body supine front raises.

Injured my ACL (I think) on the FS workout. It’s nothing bad, but it was caused from being an idiot with the 1/4 FS. I was doing them out of the pins and jerking my body into the weight with the bar at a dead stop (ofc). So it put my knee in a really unsafe position. Blah blah blah, it’s getting better but squatting probably won’t happen for a week or so.
