Not even from that side of the world, but I can tell you, based on my own luck, finding a strongman gym is slim chance. You’re better off finding a place to keep equipment you make or purchase yourself. A typical crossfit gym would probably be more than willing to become a home for equipment.

This is an international list of compiled strongman gyms in Europe and beyond created by Kalle Beck. I don’t think I found any for Germany, but you may just have to go back to what I recommended in the first paragraph.
