Strongman Day in Normal Gym

In your new article on thibarmy (elimination circuit) for the body comp focussed set up you mention a strongman day. What would you recommend for someone in a normal gym?

I was thinking -

Muscle snatch plus carry 3-5 sets
Zercher squat plus carry 3-5 sets
Dips plus db chest carry 3-5 sets

All exersies done for 3-6 reps and carries for 30-60m

Bearing in mind this is to improve body comp. I thought about pullups or rows plus farmers but thought that may be overkill.

I would stick with 3 sets, that is actually a lot of work if you the 3 complexes
