World’s Strongest man 2023.
He had a fantastic 2023 and hope he remains strong on the scene for 2024, I’ll be rooting for him.
I met him at a strongman competition at the end of March after he had just won the Arnold’s. He stuck around all day and assisted with the judging of the events. Seemed like a very humble, normal guy, not that I was expecting anything different.

I actually wasn’t aware of this! It seemed to me like he hit the strongman scene just a short time ago and had success very quickly but I’m unfamiliar with his backstory.
I intend to have one printed for my weight room! I think I had just completed a sandbag carry, so I was still holding a flattering pump.

Yeah yeah, did long distance running then picked up powerlifting when he moved to Australia and then got into strongman and the rest is history. Quite impressive really. He actually still has very good endurance which helps him in WSM where the events tend to be of longer durations than other events.
