Thor won the deadlift showing he is still arguably the best strongman deadlifted ever. Mitch Hooper won the frame carry and just missed the record time by a 10th of a second. Showing he is maybe the fastest strongman with moving events.
Day two tomorrow is going to be close. I think Mitch can beat Thor with the Axle but anything can happen.

I saw this and was like “Holy Shit!” Pretty damn impressive!
I know he’s really good at the moving events so that may translate super well to axle for reps but Thor seems to still be a brick shit house

It looked like he was afraid he was going to break him. So gently.

lol yer, you don’t realise just how massive a human he is until you see him next to other people. He pulled that 1000 like it was nothing.

Two more event wins for Hooper. Now in first place with 1 event to go.
5 reps on the axle for Hooper was insane.
Thor quits strongman, loses around 100 lbs for a boxing match, comes back, wins deadlift at big show. Pretty impressive.
