Hey everyone, I am a student and I have started powerlifting(at home) 2 months ago and have already increased my squats for 30 kg, and my deadlift for 40 kg. Unfortunately my classes have started, and since i don’t study at my hometown I don’t have weigths nor space to have them in the house im renting. I come back to home on friday till sunday, so i can train heavy friday and sunday.
I wonder if there’s a way to adapt stronglifts training to this situation, for example stronglifts on friday and sunday and then calisthenics on thursday, and if it would work.
I apologise if my post is a bit confusing.
Thanks for the help

Do Starting Strength over Stronglifts. If you progress further, do SS advanced novice… then Texas Method.

Why would you have him do Starting Strength instead? All beginner programs are pretty much the same. They’re for beginners. Literally ANY program will give a beginner good progress. It doesn’t matter at all. All that matters is that they focus on the main lifts, build some sort of base, and eat.
OP, just lift every day you have the opportunity to. It doesn’t matter what program you run as a beginner, just find one you like. It’s not “optimal” but who cares? If everybody waited until they had the “optimal” schedule to lift, they would never lift.
