Have been doing stronglifts 5 x 5 for the past 2.5 months. Had made good progress till 2 months but after that am stalling everywhere… be it squats, bench press or OHP or rows. Am I doing something wrong. One thing I guess is that since gyms here (in my city) do not have micro plates so all my increments on all lifts have been 5kgs. My technique to counter this problem is to stick with same weight
for 2 workouts and then increase by 5kgs.

- Squats : 60Kg x 5, 80Kg x 5, 95Kg x 5,5,4
- Overhead Press : 40Kg x 5, 50Kg x 5, 55Kg x 5,5,5
- Deadlifts : 80Kg x 5, 100Kg x 5, 125Kg x 4 + 1(bad form)
Am stuck at 95Kg squat for the last 2 and a half weeks now… anyone please suggest remedy. Dont want to turn to 1 x 5 yet as the weight is not that high.
