I just took today off after a 6 day stretch, needed a day after all the drama last night.
Plan:
5/3/1 on Monday’s and Fridays
MP/Chest and Legs
With some running when I am done variable
Tues/Thurs/Sat
Circuit training. The Ortho Doc who owns the gym is doing all the workouts he is the guy in the picture. He is tailoring the workouts for the most fat loss over the 90 days. So we will see what he puts together.
Diet will be strict low carbs during the week, only from fruit/yogurt in the morning. High protein like normal. Weekends will be much of the same, I will probably throw in a cheat meal every 14 days or so. Maybe not for the first month. NO alcohol till its over.
Last 2 weeks, HARD hitting.
