I cut the sleeves off the T-Shirt and it is now a workout shirt. ![]()

No I did not like the material for the shirt to be in my casual shirts (you know jeans and t-shirt) it was to stiff and the sleeves just fit wrong. I needed a couple of new workout shirts anyway.

Okay 43 days left in the 90 body comp challenge. I am on a deload week starting after tomorrow’s workout. Then going to be a lot of running and CF stuff till this is over. Dieting stepped up also starting next Monday. Been pretty strict during the week and not on the weekends. Now is going to be strict till its done. I have gone down 2 belt holes, try to get 2 more before its over.

I broke my finger moving it! lol Only me… It got caught on my ring somehow when we were moving it at the gym. I like it though, real nice edges on it. I can’t wait to give it a run…
