So Kev here is what I am doing, MP, power cleans and Front squats 5/3/1 M,W,F every week.

I think this will translate over into Oly lifts when I can finally start doing them with a coach.

What do you think?

I just got to Play a little and I found I had a lot of form stuff to work on

Mp cleans and front squat are the bulk of the clean
So you are covered there
Can you do push presses do they hurt?

Try doing both hang cleans and or clean pulls
Basically a hip bump and shrug

I idid something I like after doing some decent cleans
Was just to clean once and then push press or front squat 3x
With something light

And it felt super good

I can MP and Push press very well. I am still having some mobility and pain issues with OHS, just cant get that left shoulder to roll back enough. But I will be working on that next.

Yea I know it sucks, but on 3/17 I have to run a 3.5 mile obstacle course, so might as well get the wind back up.

I dont think I can do it either

my OHS squat has been relegagated to things I do for activation
they do bother my right shoulder and elbow- as do squats
it is a flexibility-health thing for people with banged up shoulder
you had a an AC tear among other things right?

Yes had a grade 2 tear on my left.

Fucking dying today, my hips and knees are screaming achy pain. We have a big front coming through so I think it is just that, but man hurts to sit and drive.

Yes Joe it is. Been thinking about those last 10 days. I am going to try to nut up and do them everyday as one set. I just dont know.

At the end I will have done 5050 squats total.
