yeh i went on there but should i just ask him or is there some kind of requirements for going to train there?
Just received it yesterday - you need to buy it! Great stuff, I made it half way through before the gf wanted to grab dinner, but thus far, really really good.
His gym is about 45mins away from my house, maybe an hour. I’m on his westside program now but i still got a ways to go before i head over there

Dude, you will make 10x faster progress if you just swallow your pride and get your ass over there ASAP. You can’t accomplish on your own what you could there. You just can’t.
Atmosphere is EVERYTHING.
Trust me, it doesn’t matter if you’re a stud the first time you walk in the door. What matters is whether or not you’re a stud when he’s done with you.
A Steeler fan and a fan of DeFranco…God Bless ya Steel Nation.

I got a free pre-release copy a few weeks ago when I went to a Joe D/Zach Even-Esh seminar. It is pretty awesome.
Awesome! I heard they gave out a few copies. I was going to attend DeFranco’s seminar but just couldn’t make it work out financially and time-wise. How was it?
It was awesome. Joe D and Zach are great guys. I learned a lot.
Here is a video one of the attendees made. I am the guy in the red EFS t-shirt with the beard:

Awesome! Thanks. I’ll check out the video. I hope to attend one of Joe’s seminars in the future.
Read that the video is only 50min…true??
crankMan, that sounds about right. I had to break it up over two viewings. But really can’t say enough about this video.
just got the superstrenght dvd from Defranco…
40$ for 1h15min
25$ strong for 50min
The Darkknight Dvd is about 25$ for 2h30 with special effect!!
I know cant compare but i tought it was more then 50 minutes!
It was really short, but I thought it was really good. Very Motivating. Anyone know where I can get a tractor tire like theirs in the chicagoland area???

ARGHHHHH!
Im so damn jealous! I am from the UK and it would cost me SO much money to train out there with him.
You are only 45 mins away and you are not using it?
GET YOUR ASS DOWN THERE NOW!
Call it a slightly late new years resolution.
Also… still waiting on dvd ;_;
I got the DVD, and watched it right away.
Pretty awesome, but definitely felt short. Especially when between the previews available I had already seen like 10% of it.
My brother and I both came away feeling like it was more documentary ish than I expected.
Idk, the trainer reviews talked about getting pumped and stuff, but there wasn’t as much training to be had I I thought.
It was more about the people.
Great DVD though, I expect replay value.
Okay my video didn’t come again today, its been 17 days now (12 business days) when can I expect this movie to get here??
I ordered the day it came out on the 12th, and didn’t receive it till like the 29th.
I ordered mine on the 19th and it shipped on the 29th.
Im not sure when mine actually came in, because I was on leave in Florida, but I watched it on late Saturday night when I got back, and it is THE SHIT.
A little short, but really fucking good. Worth the 24 bucks or whatever it is. It really just made me want to get out there to train for a couple weeks when I get back from Afghanistan. My goal is to get out there for like 2 weeks in the Spring 2010.
Watched it and felt the same way, short and with less training but it gave me something valueable.
I live about 30-45 mins away from his training center and after doing ws4sb I really wanted to venture out there. But after seeing the dvd i’m going to wait for another 6months of training before attempting to head over there.
Keep in mind folks that the video was intended to be a documentary. Joe has plenty of Training Videos available on his site - plus a ton on YouTube.
