Strong and Sleek!

Yay, Renee! Hi! You are NOT obese! Sheesh, workplace weight thingys are weird! When I was at the Marriott the handheld thingy said I had 32% body fat and that I was also obese. Now, I’m a size 14/16, but you, being a size 10, are NOT in any way obese.

Good luck on your food plan!

Speaking of pants sizes, I can’t even imagine what I am right now! haha.
I wouldn’t be able to work at a hospital. sick people everywurr… shudders

Hey there Super Hero!

Welcome back pretty lady.

Hungry ~ 13,000 posts? 75% of them cat pix?! RAWWWR, hun! Love that one. It definitely IS time to kick ass & make miraculous muscle - cuz you know “they” all think we get the nice muscles by magic, right? LOL. Time to sculpt!
75%? Um, that’s a possibility.

It sounds like you’re rarin’ to go! (as usual)

It’s nice to see you around here, again…
Rarin to go! Yeppers! Jazzed about seeing what I can do, if I am strict with myself. So far, I notice that I’m a little edgy from the pre-cooking/planning/etc. It’s about 12 oz chicken at work, a bag and a half of veggies, and a couple of sweet potatoes. I keep forgetting little things - left my breakfast on the counter this morning. Got to work, and left shortly after that to go buy a tub of Quaker oats. So now I have a complete backup plan @ work. LOL ! A bag of apples, bag of sweet potatoes, extra frozen veggies, etc. I swear it ought to be simpler than this.

ONE WEEK Done! I found out I get a whole cheat day, but need to be reasonable. Yay!

Awww, I love you GrnEyes. ;o) Do you have a size goal? I remember 14/16. You can rawk that right down, chica ! Hard to do when you’ve been in a transition phase recently. Thanks for the wishes on the food plan! I am happy that I’m not tired of the food yet. But it sure is a lot of it. Whewww.

Heya, Mel ~ I’m pretty lucky. I help veterans get jobs. It’s mentally hard, but not like “real” hospital stuff. xoxo - no worries, luv!

Yay! You’re still here!! Oooh Rah! ;o) I hope your life is Fab!

Shaa-zaam. It took me a week to figure it out, but I now know that it’s terribly important to have an accurate food scale. Mine was off by 50 grams. Multiply that by 5 meals, by 10 days… eeeks. I have a great scale now.

I would like to get down to single digits. Don’t think I would look healthy lower than an 8.

Lol - - - lost a couple pounds. ;o) Started Week 3 of the food plan. I was eating probably 75 % clean already. Most of my mistakes were in not eating often enough. So! We’ll see what happens.

Yeah, a 6 is very tiny. An 8 or 10 sounds good! Are you all settled in to things? Hope it’s going great.

how ya liking it? change in routine can be awful, but the emoticons lead me to believe youre not suicidal yet.

CBear - Well, I don’t think I want to eat the same protein all the time. I’m “okay” with chicken. I miss having fish, shrimp, eggs, beef, etc. I also miss fat free yogurt, ff cottage cheese, and milk. I am definitely not suicidal - I lean more toward the homocidal urges. Lol ! My patience for ridiculous has a limited time span the last couple of weeks. I’ve had some killer headaches, too. I never get them, but wow I’ve had some doozies lately.

So! Going good. A few challenges here & there, but all good! How are you?

im too lazy to go back and look to see why you can have only chicken, but damnit woman, have a hamburger or steak once in awhile!

had a killer headache myself today, caffeine withdrawl. whoopsie. was planning on spending most of the day in bed anyway, but shit i didnt wanna feel like shit doin it!

Chicken is the only protein on the plan, 3 times a day. Whey protein 2 times a day. I think the main goal was to get me to 1600 calories/day. I said I wouldn’t deviate. So far, so good. One cheat day per week. So far I’ve had 3 cheat meals - I’m on week 3. So I’m trying to be diligent, cuz I’m hopin it’s worth the results! Scale isn’t showing a lot of change. Pants are looser. BUT… my scale was off by quite a bit. So I’ve only been doing this right for 7 days. Uuuugh. I hope you had a great day in bed!! ;o)

As long as the clothes are looser, that’s all that matters.

Remember, when we walk down the street, people see our weight in how we look. We don’t have a sign flashing above our heads letting everyone know what the number on the scale is. How bad will that suck though, huh?

Your plan was designed by the cows that work for Chick-Fil-A… “Eat more chikn”

Nikki ~ RAWWR! True story! I’m gonna tell the bodybuilder dude that you called him a cow. Hee hee! If he saw your picture, he’d flip. ;o)

So, how’s it going, Punk?

My job had a bbq for employees today, and they had Turkey Burgers! Yummmmy change & Most appreciated. RAWWWR. I didn’t have a scale, though. So I ate two. LOL No buns. Stole the big green lettuce off the cheese tray, and a bunch of tomatoes.

So ! Hopefully going well. Lifted today, and I find myself pretty hungry @ the mo. I have an idea in my head that lift days should probably have more calories.

The guy who gave me this food plan seems disappointed that I didn’t take him up on the FWB offers he makes. So now he doesn’t wanna talk to me! (Imagine that.) LOL.

What a day! ;o)
