strictly a mass diet

I have noticed that there are several really good articles on diet’s and other types of eating regiments. Can anyone recommend or speak from experience the diet that worked for them. I know not all results will be the same just seeing what has worked for others. I am trying to gain strictly mass, so other than eating everything in sight, I thought I would ask for opinions. (again just want to know of articles or other postings on this subject. not looking for all my answers.) Thanks guys
