Stretching for hypertrophy Question

Ive read the tip and the article about stretching right after your last set to increase hypertrophy.

In the article they mention a 30 second stretch.

Is only one “set” of 30 seconds necessary? it seems too little but I dont know.

I’m pretty sure it’s only one set. We want to expand the muscle cells while they’re engorged or something like that. One set is enough to do so, and any later sets would be too late.

you could do two sets immediately.

Ive read another article on the same topic that recommends more sets so that’s why i asked.

To hell with hypertrophy. Stretch to keep your joints limber and your posture erect. Do it on days you’re not working that muscle group.
