Stretch Marks!?

what traps lol?..maybe its the angle but my traps have always been big before i even started lifting weights…especially of all the kids my age i work out with they are bigger than theirs. Theres always smartass fuckheads like you on here who have something negative to say…answer my fucking question or shut the fuck up…dont make comments about my traps being small when ive only been training for a short time compared to all of you. In this picture im not even flexing my traps they are completely rested…please tell me they are small and pathetic.

They’re just bruises.

Good post. I get those on my shoulders sometimes from the pad. Again, stretch marks don’t go away.

I’m glad I’m not the only one. My friend and I tried shrugs on the standing calf machine after reading one of TC’s articles and my traps looked hideous the next day. My friend, on the other hand, had no problems…

There is no way I would use that machine for traps. Yes, technically it is the same movement, but I can feel that muscle group working much better when actually holding weight in my hands.

I feel it the opposite way. I get a much better effect using a calf machine or hammer strength shrug seat (standing).

I agree with you Prof. All the exercise did for me was F*#K up my skin…haven’t used it since.

Youuuuuu pussy! Want me to pick up some tampons for you at the store later? Or how about some bandaids for your wittle boo boo’s?

The hammer strength machine is the reasoin my traps are the size they are. Nothing put more size on them than using that for about 3 years. I wish I had access to one now.

as usual my post didnt go thru…anytime i have something to say in defense it doesnt go thru…Lets just say i posted a very long pissed off…angry…violent post in retaliation to the “what traps?” comment…and uploaded a pic of a front shot of me with completely unflexed traps…and asking for someone to please describe those as small. To the what traps comment…FUCK YOU…say something positive for fuck off bitch. Ill fuckin upload the pick again…i dont care if it comes up twice either…

Yeah the Hammer Shrug is a beast. You can throw a ton of weight on it. Easily one of my favorite machines.

Sorry, didnt mean to offend. I believe that your question was already answered by the time i posted, so I decided to bring in a little humor.

what traps?

Please tell me that my traps are small…when ive only been training for a little over half a year.

Facko, they pick on you because you’ll blow up and go on a rant. Then they’ll laugh their asses off because you did exactly what they knew you would. It’s like you’re the puppet, and they pull your strings. Don’t give them that power.

This is funny. Kid get over it.

Your traps are freaking HUGE for working out for a year…Dayum!

Jesus Tapdancing Christ facko your traps are HUGE you must have marks on your ears from your traps hitting them every time you turn your head I mean for the love of God they overpower the rest of your body you should lay off of training them for a while so the rest can catch up.

I’m so sad that Professor X beat me to the “What traps” comment. Look kid I don’t know how old you are but if you start hitting shots on a bodybuilding website you’re going to get ripped apart. Your traps are small. Get over it. Traps are built easily. Deadlift, do hand cleans, squat. It’s not hard. Why do you curse so much? You have to know you’re going to get picked on more. What are ya 15? Your traps are small. You’re small. Go eat, rest, train, results will come. It takes time. You can’t walk around this insecure about it or you’ll end up another kid that gets on the needle too soon. I’m just tryin’ to help. I used to get those marks as well. I switched gyms. Nicer machines where I go now.

This is a picture of Jim Wendler. He has big traps. Read “The Yoke” on Elitefts.com. Also use Chris Thib’s “G-Force Training” for neck. It’s incredible. I did the isometric neck curl (it’s in the article)with 160 lbs today for 2 minutes on my 20th set of neck work.

Happy Cursing,

Brad[/quote]

I completely agree with you that my traps arent big…but i dont think they are small compared to other kids my age…dont tell me you havent seen some of the scronny kids post on here who are like 6’0 145lbs…im 5’8" 175lbs…i think theres a bit of a difference there. I’m not saying im big…i dont think im big at all…but atleast i work hard…atleast i really do take it seriously and i come on here and read everything i can find.

I mean you guys all talk shit about those eminem wannabe kids who do curls in the squat rack…but then you talk shit about the kids who are really trying too…and it just discourages us. It does to me atleast…i already have low self esteem…and im sure someone will quote this and make a funny comment like “want some tampons?” but its true. You said it yourself…ill end up like one of those kids who gets on needles too soon…well it sure as fuck doesnt help when much bigger guys tell you that you are small and shit…it discourages me…pisses me off…i get angry…it takes me another step closer to saying fuck it…ill show them and jab 100s of needles in my ass until i die. It sounds stupid…but thats really how i feel. whatever tho…make jokes about me being small and having no traps and yada yada until you push another kid over the edge by making him feel shitty about himself.

A teenager comes on here…posts his pics and asks for critique and gets fuckin flamed to death…then he asks about roids after and you guys flip on him. What do you expect from the kid?..do you think hes gonna wanna deal with the 5 or so years its gonna take to get big naturally while hes called a scronny fuck for the time being?..or dont you think its a little dangerous…because a teenagers mentality will tell him to just get on gear and get big now. Think about the funny comments you make first and stop contridicting yourselves.

If you dont want to get flamed dont come on here and act like a cocky son of a bitch when you have nothing to show for it.

If random people over the net are typing words that drive you to take steroids, you have a much bigger problem than your stretch marks

Dude, that rant you just wrote was pretty damn sad. I don’t mean that in a “we feel sorry for you” type of way, but more in a “does this kid really think he has it bad?” type of way. I was a very skinny kid in high school. I also wore glasses…that my mom picked out. Regardless of the way I look now, I was about 5 inches north of Urkle. Your rant was pathetic. I started lifting weights to be in control of my own body. Everyone who told me I couldn’t do something soon found out that it wasn’t true, and that went far beyond just the weight room. I used every negative vibe I ever got as motivation to show “them” wrong. I have pretty much lived my life that way. You, on the other hand, can’t take it…even on a freaking internet forum where we don’t even know you. That speaks volumes about how you will go through life. You are going to have a very long road ahead of you if your motivation is based on whether people are cheering you on all of the time.
