whats the your general recommendation foor someone thats comaing back after long time(like a full season) taken off training (assuming nothing’s wrong with him). I have nill capacity and recovery ability, although I feel strong. I thought about using some sort of conjugate method with the following stages
strength-endurance–>strength–>explosive strength–>balistic/reactive drills.
whats your take on that, also, what do you do for strength endurance/work capacity (high reps or low, what exercise, what intensity etc)
I’m afraid of injuring myself cause I’m eager to “get back”
