Thib–I am really digging your Strength/Skill program, however, I do have one question. I have an upgraded garage gym, but with only 1 power rack, and no room for any additional purchases. Because of that, I have switched out the Bench Press with Dumbell Bench Press, and so far, that has worked well. However, I am coming to a point in which the dumbbells are too heavy and taking too long to get into place. In lieu of that, do you think the following switch up would still work?
Day 1
- Deadlift
- Bench Press
- Snatch
Day 2
- Squat
- Military Press
- Clean
This way, I could just get an extra pair of hooks for the Power rack, and I would be able to bench. I just wondered if there was a specific reason you chose to have Squat and bench on the same day vs other options. If so, I might reconsider. Let me know what you think…
