Your Strength Skill Circuit method from the Thibarmy site has been on my shortlist of programs to try for a while, I think with the way my summer schedule is it’s the perfect fit and time to give it a shot.
I was wondering if you had any suggestions for including conditioning work in this program. My usual choices would be something like a MetCon, strongman medley, hill spints, or Airdyne fartleks.
My natural train of thought is to sub in the conditioning sessions for the optional hypertrophy work once or twice a week. If it helps, I’ll probably average 5 days per week lifting.
