Hey guys I’ve been lifting for 9 months following hypertrophy based programs and I’ve made some gains however now I reckon my strength is average at most, I also reckon that strength is the foundation for everything in the gym that’s why I want to start a good novice/basic strength training program. Any suggestions?
The other ones i know of are Stronglifts, Greyskull, and 5/3/1 for beginners. And Starting strength usually produces the fastest increases in strength based off what i’ve seen.
