I want to hit 95 lbs for about 8 reps. For overhead press, about 5 reps would feel awesome.

Training 6 days a week is too much for a beginner imo. Bodyweight exercises can be combined with weights same day. 3 sets bench and 2 sets push ups for instance is 5 sets chest and do it 3 times a week for total of 15 sets. That’s plenty for a beginner.

All right, Then I will be able to hit my deadlift/overhead press goals before I hit my calisthenics numbers

Id suggest you do farmers carry 3 times a week to build core strength. Pick up 2 dumbells and walk as far as you can. Repeat 5 times. Choose a weight that you can walk at least 30m with on the first carry. Go up 1 to 2.5 kg in weight each dumbell every week.

Do that for 6 weeks and your strength will jump up.

During basketball practice, we have had workouts for 2 to 3 hours a day for 5 to 6 days a week. It was tough, but I didn’t die. I have youth on my side.

My problem is I don’t always sleep and eat enough, so I will work on that.

Thats cardio. For building strength 3 full body sessions for beginners is better.

I got you. Combine calisthenics with weights not cardio. I do full body three days.
I keep my running on alternate days though.

Yes. Cardio is best if separate.
