After my back/bi workout on friday, my left bicep seemed irregularly sore. After unloading chirstmas trees off trucks all day sunday, the pain is worse. it extends from the bicep, past the elbow and onto the top of the forearm. it is nearly impossible for me to extend my left arm fully. Any ideas what this could be?
we’re the middleman between all the greenhouses around here and the growers in quebec. people aren’t buying them, sellers are. anyway Bonez, any idea whats fucked in my arm. its really pissing me off
Yea, it’s probably not that serious. Take your time when you start using your arm in the gym. Do a little more every day but don’t push it. Do some work then see how you feel the next day. Gauge it that way. I’d say if it lasts more than 2 weeks you should take a different/more serious approach
I actually had this same problem about a month and a half ago. I fixed it by continually straightening my arm until it didn’t hurt, haha. I know that sounds stupid, but it got alot of the stiffness out. It only gets aggravated now if I talk on the phone, holding the phone with my left hand to my left ear. Weird, I know.
