For all of you that use straight sets, what type of sets, reps, programs or templates do you use?
Just curious because it seems a lot of users on here ramp up to a single top set.
I ramp up, but I use straight sets. Works for me, but just curious on what others do that use straight sets as well.
1-5 sets for 3-7 reps depending on the week and the movement. Ramp to the weight then do straight sets across.
I’m using the Operator template from Tactical Barbell.
A few warm up sets then it’s straight sets across the board. Sub maximal as well. Really enjoy it as there’s less fucking about, keeps me fresh and conserves my energy for the more demanding conditioning workouts.
