seriously this shit is great. i went over to Target on my break today and i usually just grab some milk but today i didnt want that and i was craving mac n cheese earlier so i figured id check out the frozen section. heres the facts:
servings per container ~2
calories per serving 350
protein per serving 15
carbs per serving 34
sugar 7
yes, one little stouffers thing is 700 cals, 30 grams of protein and 68 moooothafuckin carbs lol. these things are tiny too; you could easily down two packs in a sitting…and just to have fun with numbers thats 1400 cals, 60 grams protein and 136 grams of carbs. add some milk to wash it down with and youre good to go.
did i mention how cheap it is? that and a half gallon of milk cost me under 5 bucks.
One summer between college semesters I ate a massive bowl of kraft macaroni and cheese every night, with a frozen chicken breast thrown in for protein. I was cutting grass nine hours a day for a living and needed the calories. At 33 cent a box, you couldn’t beat it. Taking a shit afterwards however, that was a struggle.

contrary to popular belief bodybuilders dont eat skinles chiken breast and rice pilaf every meal. especially when youre looking to add on size and extra-especially when youre 20 years old with a retarded fast metabolism and a whole lotta frame to cover

I don’t know any that eat shit like frozen stouffers mac and cheese. I don’t know any that only eat skinless chicken breast either. Beef and fat are good but the carbs from the mac and cheese…especially one thats just some frozen crap and not home made, is something I know none of my friends would eat.

theres a reason everything is so anti-trans fat, it’s terrible for you, unless it comes from animals like in milk and beef. 2 grams is a significant amount.
