Hello everyone,
I don’t mean for this to be another post about someone searching for a fat loss pill… To start off, I’m an active person. I’m in the Army so I do work out already from that alone 5 days a week. I also lift free weights four days out of the week (I have tried 5 and 6 day splits) and then I’m moving around for a good majority of my day. I’m 72 inches tall and weigh 203lbs. I’ve tried dieting and stick with it for about 5 or 6 months and then get thrown off the bus. I rarely drink anything but water. So does anyone have any idea on how I can burn these lovehandles off? I don’t have a giant gut, (I do have a total of four abs if anyone gives cares ) just a little wider in my lower back. Any help is much appreciated! Thanks!

If really ’ 4pack lean’ could try Biotest’s HOT-ROX preworkout once or twice a week (-Strong stuff so any more and find it burns you out).
