He’s one of the exceptions. He was a beast in high school (went to school with him) and he is a beast now. We might as well start listing pro bodybuilders as well.

Try to drop some fat? Or try to add some muscle? Screw both those and work on getting some strength gains and the muslce that comes with?

Not only that, but most pro’s will also only gain around 5lbs a year…but that is after they are already larger than most people and have built a solid base of muscle mass.

You should have questioned your goals before you set foot in the gym. If you don’t have any short term goals already clear in mind then there is no doubt you are just wasting time.
