Ok buddy i think you need to relax. As i said to tube i only joined last night, these were the only pics i had. III get some more tonight. I use run competitively and was lite. I dont race any more and am now putting on mass. I do take a bodybuilding approach.
Im not looking for praise, i do that already in my own head. I was just sharing myself with others. I hope you can appreciate this, if not we shouldnt talk. Since im new, how bout you give me some info on how to have a better buzz with you. III put up back and legs tonight. Is that ok, im looking forward to how you respond, because if you say something shit especially after me making an effort to be cool with you, well your just not a cool guy.
I just joined too. Been lurking for a long time. Read a lot of the forum. Lots of assholes. Disregard them.
“and why did you come here?” ← Obviously not for your input
“This site majors in bodybuilding and minors in powerlifting. You fall into neither category.” ← With a bachelor’s degree in being a jackass.
People like you give this site a bad name. Please don’t drive away anyone not willing to put up with the BS. This CAN be a great site, if you shut your damn mouth.
You don’t have to be 220lbs, 5% BF, 10 years of lifting experience, with at least 150% of your body weight on every lift and a needle sticking out of your leg to join this site. Or did I miss that check box?
Hope it makes you feel good. Would hate to meet you in real life.
Probably the part that looks like it is lagging the most is your arms then your chest. Tricep and Bicep followed later on by the Chest area in relation to everything else.
Nice work and keep it up. People with a natural drive to train hard can do phenomenal things. Best of luck.
I didn’t rate you yet. I think you can make good progress if you’re dedicated to it. So be back in a year.
Some tips:
Just a few tips. It’s good that you’re working on your form on the deadlift. You’ll eventually nail it perfectly and your deadlift will raise fast. I would recommend you do some assisted work such as weighted reverse hypers and pull-throughs on the cable machine to bring your deadlift up as well as your squats.
For squats, try experimenting with 20 rep squats. Have someone count the reps for you. Take deep breathers within the last few reps and make sure the last rep looks like the first. You’ll gain some nice weight from that.
Diet wise, I would put in some whole eggs and see how you respond to it. Simply adding some extra virgin olive oil to your later meals in the day should give you additional calories. You want to look for foods that are calorie dense. That’s why I recommend whole eggs, red meat, pork, and other calorie dense foods for someone who’s looking to put on some weight. Experiment. Plan your meals and eat according to the clock. You should use something like FitDay software if you’re really serious about tracking how many calories you should eat.
I personally do not like getting the majority of protein from powder. Whey protein would be better for postworkout compared to whole foods. Casein powder protein the rest of the day would be good for someone looking to cut. But if you want to bulk, try to get some whole foods in you as they’re much more calorie dense and satisfying. Something like cottage cheese with a bit of pineapple at night with some natural peanut butter on the side would make a good meal before sleeping. Eating a shitload of whole foods can be a pain in the ass, but results will follow. Just cook your meals ahead of time and toss em in the microwave.
Throw away the snacks…Replace it with fruit. You want nutritional value, too. Sweet tooth? It’s cool and all that you can get away with eating candy but you have to mentally train your subconscious to avoid that. Everything accumulates bringing you one step closer…
Drink shots of olive oil if you MUST to meet your calorie needs (When you’re on the run. Just don’t tell anybody you do it).
Another tip. While I hate cardio, doing it early in the day will actually make me HUNGRIER throughout the rest of the day. Thus, it’s easier to eat more.
Are you eating any green veggies?

Look for OLD posts from Prof X. He has a lot of knowledge about the iron game.
Oh yeah, the subconscious mind of many people here is the FAILURE mindset. But I didn’t have to tell you that.
Good luck with your goals.

Hey buddy, that was a super post, im on a quick break in work the moment, the two articles look to be great, i had a quick glance at them. III give them a read tonight.
At meals two and three i eat alot of peas, carrots and pepper! I take a multivitamin tablet aswel.
III give the extra virgin olive oil a go.
Im eating two whole eggs at the mo.
Im glad to see you speaking of the subconscious, im big into it. Really i would love to cut out the candy, i do enjoy it though, however just imagine that it was gone. I know that by saying i want to rid of it & then saying i enjoy it, it will be percieved as a contradiction to my sub, so it will stay with me.
I do read my goals alot and write to myself alot. Do you have any tips on, as you say ‘training the subconscious to avoid it’ = the candy…
I appreciate your post and the good energy
LEGS AND BACK ARE UP!!!

You seem to have quite a strong opinion for having just joined.
That’s funny, I thought that the purpose of this forum was to get other people’s input.
This doesn’t even make sense. Are you saying the site has a bachelor’s degree in being a jackass?
Actually, it’s people like you and the OP that give this site, or more specifically this forum, a bad name. Anyone willing to post in this forum should also be willing to put up with the so called BS.
For someone who’s been lurking around this site for so long, you’d think that you might have figured out that nobody feels this way.
Most of the people who post these comments in this forum do it for other reasons than to make themselves feel good. The huge influx of new posters who barely even look like they lift yet still feel the need to post their pictures in this forum is bullshit. The vast majority don’t even post their whole body yet they still expect to be commented on their hot physique. Then they tend to argue when they do receive the criticism they claim to be seeking.
i have to agree those are some pretty shitty picks…
at first i didn’t agree with what the others posted but the more thought i put into it…yea you look like you suck dick for beer money and don’t drink
You just have to understand that those pictures make it hard for us to rate. A picture of the chest, back, legs, should be mandatory to even enter in a rating.
Good luck with your training!
Wow. 90% of the “criticism” isn’t criticism. It’s being rude and disrespectful.
Calling someone gay because they don’t like someone’s picture? Come on!
Guess the best thing I can do is just ignore it and not let it piss me off. Assholes will be assholes. Got to put up with their sh*t.

Lorken buddy, i know! I dont get the dicks out there, however i will always remain nice towards them. I will never get into a battle. I will just remain constructive
Wow, the trolls really crawled out from under the rocks for this one!
Right on.
Back
Legs

Again im sorry for not having them from the start.
At least now i have the knowledge, if your putting up pics. Get your whole fuckin body up there.

I agree, there up now. Thanks
Realx, kid. The first few pics confused a lot of the guys (including me) who automatically assumed you were a “beach muscles” guy with a myspace-approved picture. IT doesn;t seem to be the case though…so keep doing what youre doing and add weight to your lifts. And keep eating. Good work.

Thanks man, adding weight is what im doing, im making progress ever week.
Question? Whats the thinking behind 20 rep squats for growth, instead of a 6 rep set very very near failure squat???
You look like the late Eddy Guerrero. He wasn’tbig but he was lean too. Good going so far, keep it up.
