so SLD are one of the best lifts to work the hams right?
ive read that doing them with your toes raised (on some plates) will increase the effectiveness since it increases the stretch in the hams? if true then i could just stand on a block and increase my range and that would give the same effect correct?
and if i am correct, the hams are worked in the lower portion of the lift correct? so would doing reps that only went halfway up be alright? just trying to think of how to work the hams and not hit my back as much…im just curious, i do full reps…
