Steroids And Possible Side Effects?

I wouldn’t combine legs with anything but more legs.

If you are looking to body-build, you could use some more volume on isolation moves too IMO. If you can handle high volume compound moves thats good, but remember you have to recover in order to grow, and if you are killing yourself and trashing your CNS everyday, you may not grow as much as you could.

Make sure you are eating more than enough to cover your more grueling workouts (legs) and taking adequate time to rest.

Ah yes, drown poor food choices in excess protein and some of it will go where you want it lol

Wow looks like ur on the deadlift 4 times per week program. Keep that up and you’ll be posting on here asking why you hurt yourself when you “did everything right.” I like the program Yogi made for you. It at least makes sense. You should probably just do the program and get your eating really squared away, without the AAS. Given that your previous program wasn’t very good, you could probably see some pretty good results, and save the gear for a little while down the road when you’ll benefit more from it. But hey, just my 2 cents.

Also just a general point but, programming can be done so many ways… People say you shouldn’t do this and do that, but there are infinite ways to set things up. Can you train chest and legs together? Of course. You could hit heavy squats followed by heavy bench, like maybe 5x5 something along those lines, why not? The problem is that you need to know what you’re trying to accomplish.

Trying to bodybuild, that kind of thing wouldn’t make much sense really (although i wouldn’t be so quick to say you can’t put size on your body that way, if you’re getting stronger and hitting it hard like that it is definitely possible.) but more likely you need to train legs alone and get enough volume in to actually grow. It can drive you crazy trying to program things, there are so many people saying this and that, but the important points aren’t complicated… Are you getting stronger? Are you able to rest enough to recover enough to get bigger and stronger, are you eating enough to get bigger and stronger? Shit i feel like that’s it.

I’m not a bodybuilder, but I have definitely put size on in the past with low rep heavy lifting, with really not all that much volume just enough. But everyone is different I guess. I’ve put on 25-30 lbs in 2 months before, without AAS, just heavy lifting and eating like I’m insane. Fuck one time i drank a gallon of milk per day for a month. Had to stop cuz i felt like i was poisoning myself lol. But shit if you’re gonna be a monkey be a fuckin gorilla.
