Dude you shouldn’t even think about messing with gear yet. At your size all you need to do is actually really learn something about training. Stop reading mens health and fitness magazine and go out and buy some books by siff, bompa, westside, santana, etc etc there’s too much out there you need to learn before you think about taking some gear… in another year with good training and diet you could easily put on an additional 15 if not 20 lbs[/quote]
u know there is a powder that is called glutamine which raises human growth hormone 412% with just one tablespoon a week and it is this guys shake which has good stuff there is this guy who is 75 and can leg press 2000 lbs and bench 660lbs due to his shake and the most important part of his shake has glutamine there is even a video of him leg pressing 2000

never been over that…so ive been training for 15 years and im 29, so what do i do when i lose mass, i cant train at a level that will make me amazingly sore and tired for the next day because im a coach, my recovery is terrible. what do i do?
I am a 20 year old male who was training intensely to box. I have hit a serious wall. I was diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome. I asked the docs to check my hormones.
They didnt feel it necessary but tested my testosterone anyway. It turns out it is 170 which is well below normal. Is it possible that overtraining caused my testosterone levels to drop this much? Do you think it would be wise to do HRT?
Ya see what worries me is that I have gone too far. Plus I was on antidepressants for a while during training, and I took myself off which I have heard can turn off production. I see an endo on Tuesday. Hopefully he has some input.

I got a quick Question about some steriods i know that this has nothing to do with what your talking about but i am 25 looking to get into steriods and i was wondering if the steroids (DECA) were good or not?

Study the newbe post in this forum and then search for other info about terms and gear that you see. Then post later with your age, weight, height, training and goals etc.
