Main lessons learned/ Rambling:

Accumilating volume via 5x10 and sometimes working up to 10x10 always got me PRs later on when I went heavy. Just doing linear progression got me quick PRs but I stalled QUICKLY because I have actual shit-tier genetics haha.

I HATE high reps and would rather do 10x10 than 1x20 haha. Still, the few 20 rep sets I did always gave me PRs when I went heavier.

I don’t need to go heavy. Doing more reps with lighter weights always got me PRs when I went heavier again. I got my first 305lbs RDL after doing 5 x 10 @ 150lbs. And then going heavier into the 200s did nothing.

Gonna do “Original 531” template first, but looks like BBB, BBS, and the occassional widowmaker templates are what I’ll mostly do? Stuff like the 5x10s with bulgarians always made me hungry and got my weight from 185lbs to 220lbs. I want to lose fat now, but after that I so want to do BBB and then do BBB Beefcake at least once for the lulz. 10x10 with bulgarians is 20 sets, so I’ve probably done worse
