Starting V-Diet ..... Look Good?

Your post make it out that im anti-Biotest, which i am not. im sure 4 days at the start of the diet not using Biotest will cause a drastic change in the diet results. Well i didnt start this thread to argue with people about opinions on diffrent products to use, ect.

Whatever your reasons that’s fine. There have just been a crapload of people who do this diet with off-brands and never have success. It’s been that way since long before I got here. You haven’t been around long enough to see it. So the real issue is the people who do the diet, which they didn’t pay for and got free here, and they use supplements they didn’t buy here, have mixed results, then proceed to come on here and bash the diet saying it and Biotest products suck.

Not saying that will be you. Just saying don’t let it be. Glad to see you are switching to Metabolic Drive. The diet really is killer without it.

im doing the v diet with a few of the supps non Biotest and i feel fine. Using good quality prot with high caesin content and its not been a prob. i lost 5 pounds for my week one so i dont think its harming my efforts too badly

I dont think the people were saying that your using crappy protien. However this diet has been proven with Metabolic Drive. Metabolic Drve does have other stuff in it other than protien.

I see no mention of Surge, BCAA’s, Flameout or fish oil.
Also is your flax milled or are you just using flax seed?
Im also curious as to what your cutting down to starting at 170lbs.
