This is a chest suported row, you should be matching your bench weight with this in order to avoid imbalances. A way of doing this might be to introduce some chin ups to the routine.

With the equipment you have you should also be able to do dumbbell front squats as opposed to that leg thing that you were describing.

Once you have the squats down you’ll be needing some milk. Seriously, eat a lot. At your age your test levels are still increasing and you will put it all to good use if you eat.

Hi, I’ve been pretty skinny for most of my life and I want to start working out. Right now I’m 6’4" and 150lbs. I did it a little bit last year and made some progress, now I want to start doing it more. I have a bench and dumb bells at home, so that’s what I’m working with. Right now what I’ve been doing is this.

60lb two hand curls (3 to 4 reps of 10)
60lb two hand wrist curls (not sure on name) (2 to 3 reps of 40)
80lbs 10 times on bench
100lbs as many times as I can (repeat as much as possible)
3 reps of 10 45lb shoulder things (I extend the bar over my head in front, and then in back)
2-3 reps of 45lb shoulder shrugs,(20 times each rep)
Not sure what this is called but I bend over so my arms are hanging down, with 45lbs i pull the bar up to my chest. (2-3 reps of 20)
Then I lay on the floor and grab onto the bars on my bed and do 100 leg lifts.

I just started this routine today and it seemed fine. Is there anything I should do differently or change?

I think you may have your terminology somewhat confused. A “rep” is one complete motion of an exercise. A “set” is a specific quantity of reps.

I had to say it,
sorry.

Good luck, follow whatever advice you get here. These people are wise in the ways of getting huge.

If I were you, I’d do my best to find a gym in my area. Do you have anything available?

Definitely eat alot of good food.
