Starting Over... Need a Good Plan

yeah, i know, go read the damn articles and you’ll find one. Already did.

Haven’t lifted serious in several years, hell haven’t lifted at all in five years. Now way too fat and way out of shape. 5’10, 235, 30%+ at least.

Times an issue as is facilities. Have a stack of plates and dumbbell handles at the house, pull up bar in the garage. I’m going to start out with the Reg Park plan Mike Mahler covered last week, 2x week with GPP and cardio work the rest of the week.

Doing a food log, trying to stick to the T-Dawg 2.0.

Anything else y’all’d suggest.

finished lifting about twenty minutes ago…OMFG…you never realize how far down a hole you’ve let yourself slide till you have to dig yourself out.

I let myself go in college a little bit, but got back in the gym not too long ago. I was doing 2 days a week lifting, with about 3 days gpp/cardio.

The results were pretty good, so just stick to your diet plan, keep solid progress measures so you know when to change things up, and you’ll be back in shape in no time.
