Haven’t lifted serious in several years, hell haven’t lifted at all in five years. Now way too fat and way out of shape. 5’10, 235, 30%+ at least.
Times an issue as is facilities. Have a stack of plates and dumbbell handles at the house, pull up bar in the garage. I’m going to start out with the Reg Park plan Mike Mahler covered last week, 2x week with GPP and cardio work the rest of the week.
Doing a food log, trying to stick to the T-Dawg 2.0.
