Great input Newbie! I don’t doubt that there could be a training program that could induce hyperplasia. I also don’t doubt that a certain type of eating protocol can promote hyperplasia. The thing is, I am inclined to believe that both training and diet won’t really affect myostatin downregulation by an exogenous source. This is extreme speculation due to the fact that there isn’t much research done on the topic. Either way, myostat seems to present much promise. Oh, turns out that myostatin acts systemically, according to Dr. Se-Jin Lee one of the co-authors of the original founding papers on myostatin. But she or he? isn’t sure if this is the main action of myostatin. More mice studies need to be done.
