Starting my 2nd cycle

Getting ready for my second cycle next month, hoping for experienced input. My first cycle was just 500mg test weely for 10 weeks with some great results. Since im still not at my personal goals, next month starts my next cycle, so heres my plan.

40mg superdrol 4weeks
500g test-e weekly for 10 weeks
400mg deca weekly for 10 weeks

Got a solid macro diet, as ive seen incredible results in both fat loss, muscle gain, and not a ton of muscle loss post cycle.

Why not make a small step increase and add just 100mg/wk of Deca?

Even that small amount should allow more improvement and with considerably less risk.

if you’re going to keep blasting, youd be better off just going blast and cruise instead of continually cycling on and off.

Lengthen the cycle to 12-16 weeks.
Drop the superdrol.
Deca is fine but expect some issues with either ED or intrusive thoughts - or both.

Im definitely open to suggestions and input. Its only my second cycle, so im far from an expert. That being said, if i did 200mg weekly of deca, i would use 1 vial to 2 vials of test during the cycle, makes sense not to waste any

I have a meal prep journal, full of recipes and calculated ingredients with fats, proteins, carbs, sugars, etc that im constantly adding too. Currently i average 200g protein, 40-50g fat and between 150-200g carbs daily.

I started the journey at 257lbs, 37%bf, and im currently sitting at 212lbs, 24%bf with minimal muscle loss.

Supplements of creatine, beetroot and 25mg sildenifil to regulate blood pressure and blood flow to the muscles

I believe in making small increases in AAS dosage from cycle to cycle.

I never had any adverse side effects from Deca, but I never took more than 200mg/wk. I did Deca for two decades.

Blast - cruise is fairly prevalent with many AAS users these days. My only experiences are doing cycles (1970’s thru 1990’s).

Macros seem solid.
Take pictures so you remember where you came from.

Im not looking to compete. Is the reason i dont blast and cruise. Im simply 40 years old and getting back into shape so i can see my daughter grow up.

I recently had a scare last year involving pre-diabetes and near stroke heart rates. Ive been on blood pressure medication, hit diet and exercise and finally took the leap into test after the risk of heart failure went away

The fact that i can see my penis, or not run out of breath tying my shoes is good too

All the more reason to go with low dosage of AAS.

I would probably suggest never going more than 200mg/wk of testosterone and 100mg/wk of Deca. Just allow this slight anabolic condition do its work helping you get into better shape a little faster than natural.

Just go or 200mg/wk for months, instead of these hard cycles. a gram per week is no joke and you’re not necessarily out of the woods with respect to cardiovascular health.

200mg test weekly, maybe 100mg deca weekly. Run it as long as you want.

I think you should speak with your internist about something better for your BP. Viagra won’t effectively treat primary hypertension. I use valsartan. I’ve also used lisinopril, but the ED was stupid. Best of luck to you and be safe with the BP. It’s a killer.

Im on 50mg losartan, but i just had my physical done 2 weeks ago, and blood pressure is back to normal, 125/80

Nice. Make sure you are also checking at home with your own sphygmo. (Intended for anyone reading, not specifically you) Getting your BP checked at a morning Dr. appt while you’re fasting for bloodwork can be a bit deceiving and not representative of your true average.

I’m on 160mg Valsartan. I used to get away with 80mg but I just do t keep my sodium low enough.

Exactly. And if you’re not a competitor @Wireman69 then you don’t need more than this. Look at my Avatar… that’s on 160mg Test and haven’t touched anything else for almost two years.

Do not touch superdrol! It’s very strong/toxic. 0 reason to use it.
Get some more experience under your belt.

50mg/day Tbol starting at week 6-7 when lifts stall
Run this for 12 weeks
