I’ll have to let you know here after a while I suppose.

I followed the 11-T thread for a while. I didn’t catch the up the carbs lower the fat part. I definitely didn’t lower the fat. I upped them both considerably. Interesting to hear that though.

I was eating like a madman I know that. I never did tag anything into fitday because it’d taken forever. But like I had mentioned before I’m going to keep the calories up there and see what kind of “delayed compensation” I get here after wrapping up OVT. Congrats on your success bro![/quote]

The fact that you didn’t gain far more, muscle or fat, makes it fairly obvious that you didn’t eat enough during your 11-T cycle to get maximum effect from it.

I think I burned too many calories in the gym. Lesser training volume with the amount of food I ate I believe would have yielded better results. We’ll see on the next go around.

I love to train, I could spend hours lifting, which ended up being the case of OVT. Though, with my body type; I may have to stick to the “less is more” mantra.

the shits 125$ a bottle, even if you dont up your calories by 3000 every day you should still see SIGNIFICANT gains.

OP, I dont see any gains man. 3lbs in 2 weeks isnt bad, but could have been done without 11-T or what ever its called.

3lbs in 2 weeks isn’t bad…unless you’re at Chip’s level of development and forked over $125 bucks for it.

Chip: sorry about that, man. Don’t get me wrong - I appreciate you keeping a log on this, and you’ve had a great attitude about it so far. I, personally, just feel that you aren’t quite at the stage where you need to be using this kind of a supplement (I can say that about a few of the 11-T reviewers, though).

Given that you’ve put on about 25lbs in 3 years of lifting, I’m under the impression you’d be better off spending your spare cash on food instead of exotic supplements.

That being said, thanks for putting yourself out there for the rest of us.

Well you sir can go fuck yourself.

Nah, I don’t disagree. Buying it didn’t break the bank, and I’ve always had fun trying out new supplements to see what it will do for me. Now that I have one cycle of this out of the way I feel I have a better idea on what to do next time around and hopefully it’ll yield better results.

Since I’ve started lifting I’ve had a good amount of ups and downs. Remember when we had that ecoli scare going on a few years back? Well I got incredibly sick for about 3 months, was in and out of the hospital to the point I thought I was going to die, and in the end I was back to ground zero, I had lost just about all the muscle I’d put on. It was at least a half a year after that whole ordeal that I seriously got back in the gym.

At that point my right knee started to really bother me as my muscle atrophied, that kept me from hitting legs hard. I had to ease back into it and eventually, the muscle grew back, and the pain went away. We’ve all had our lower back injuries. I had tweaked my lower back a few times, I’d go to the chiropractor, get cracked and be fine in a few weeks. Since the last time my sacrum has never healed up even after extensive chiropractic treatment. Needless to say that put my lifting on the fritz for a while as well. Now it only nags me and I’m back to heavy front squats, though I still have to watch myself on back squats and deads.

Since then I’ve moved out of the country where food is twice the price it is here. I had mentioned I’d go broke trying to put on size down there.

Is there a point to this? Sure. I figured I’d give a little background on lifting history and myself as to say aloud “yeah, I am happy with my level of development, but fuckin’ aye I could be bigger and stronger right now if none of the bad shit had happened.” Though, we can’t control the variables, we have to roll with the punches and keep busting ass. So, maybe I could have eaten more while on 11-T. Maybe I could have trained differently and had better results. Who cares. I was more than happy to use myself as a test subject and let those who read along use my progress to see whether or not they’d like to try the supplement. But it should reassure all of us that again, there is no “magic pill” in this game. So to finish up, I’ve got another bottle and will give it a whirl sooner or later with different guidelines and we’ll see what happens. Again, thanks for reading and thanks for the support!

PS. I’m up 3 pounds so far this week while I’m taking it easy in the gym as to deload.
